Hi! My name is Mike Pfaffroth, and I’m a DevOps Engineer.

Officially, my job is to act as a sort of “bridge” between IT and Software Engineering. I help translate between the two mindsets- I speak both Python and PostgreSQL, Golang and Galera, algorithms and Ansible.

That really just means that I help people feel understood. I help foster communication and openness in a technical workplace, and I love every minute.

Outside of the workplace, I enjoy many hobbies. I try to spend as much time as possible listening to music, making things, spending time with the wonderful people in my life, and having a positive effect wherever I can.
